If you are not a Tripleseat user, your listing will be created and edited directly in EventUp. To do so, log into your EventUp account, navigate to the top right corner of the page and select My Account > My Listings > Edit Venue:
On the next page, you will be able to make edits to your listing, such as updating your venue description, photos, pricing, and availability. Please Note: Only users with ‘Venue Owner’ access are able to create and edit listings.
In order to activate your listing so it is visible in the EventUp marketplace, all required fields must be completed. The minimum requirements include:
- Name
- Description
- At least one photo (JPG, PNG, GIF. Minimum photo size: 960x640)
- Address
- Availability
Don't forget to toggle your listing 'on' once all required fields are filled out. The toggle is located at the top of the ‘Edit Venue’ page:
